Site Supervisor

BINGO industries are looking for our newest Site Supervisor this is an exciting opportunity working out of Tivoli, QLD.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as second‑in‑charge to the Site Manager, coordinating daily operations as per Policy and Procedures
• Guide and mentor team members to achieve operational deliverables  
• Manage machine usage, safe work practices and efficient workflow.
• Assist in onboarding and training new operators on excavators, loaders and other equipment.
• This is a “hands on” role that is required to safely operate heavy plant including excavators, front‑end loaders, and other mobile equipment as required.
• Perform daily pre‑start checks, Supervisor checks and undertake site compliance obligations.  
• Load, move, recycle and process waste materials according to site procedures.
• Handle bulk waste, C&I, B&D and other waste streams efficiently and safely.

• Comfortable performing daily checks, basic maintenance and spotting mechanical issues early.
