BINGO industries are looking for our newest Business Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity working out of our Auburn Head Office.  

 

The Business Support Officer is responsible for maintaining Bingo’s client relationships and providing support to the National Sales teams within the Commercial & Industrial and liquid waste divisions.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • End to end management of customer inquiries - investigate customer issues and questions, book customer services, re-book or adjust services.
  • Action a high volume of emails via our CRM Management system across multiple shared inboxes.
  • Manage inbound calls and emails from sales reps, customers and our internal Call Centre and reply to all enquiries in a timely professional manner.
  • Assist with the administration of onboarding new customers and sites. This is to include account and site set up in our system, data entry of services and contact information, equipment, pricing, invoicing & arranging sub-contractors services.
  • Plan and organise daily workload to ensure all required tasks are completed on time.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a timely manner.
  • Assist with investigating and co-ordinating the collection of abandoned bins and trying to locate the customer that the bins belong to.
  • Contact customers for Missed Services/Contaminations/No Access.
  • Daily case management within our CRM System.
  • Thoroughly investigate and process any credit requests from Customers & Sales Representatives.
  • Extract and send Runsheets to subcontractors.
  • Manage the day-to-day requests for our Liquid Waste customers.
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding public holidays, closure periods or changes to service times.

  • Experience in a sales or business support function
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Microsoft suite skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong administration experience in a support function
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and phone manner
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
