Customer Service Representative

BINGO industries are looking for our newest Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity working on 15 hrs per week – Monday – Friday, 5 hours each day 7am – 12pm and 12.30pm – 5.30pm on a rotation. This role will be based out of our head office in Auburn.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Professionally and efficiently answer voice and/or digital enquiries.
• Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitude by adhering to the define customer standards.
• Use the appropriate sales techniques to convert phone queries into sales.
• Ensure that Bingo policies and procedures are adhered to consistently and minimise business risk.
• Adhere to rosters and be available for customers when required.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customers.
• Build & sustain key customer / client relationships.
• Role model the Bingo Way in all actions and dealing with colleagues and customers
• Take an active role in achieving your KPI’s demonstrating accountability and ownership.

What makes you a GOgetter:

• Prior experience in a phone or face to face customer service roles
• Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service
• Demonstrate ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly
• Strong experience with computers including a working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
• Adhere to Monday – Friday , 7am – 12pm and 12.30pm – 5.30pm weekly roster rotation (total 25hrs hours per week)
