The job

• First point of contact for all our customers, advocating support and passion in customer service
• Educate clients in our products and services and have the ability to articulate complex issues in an effortless way
• Action customer requests in a prompt manner following correct procedures
• Understand and identify customers' issues , using your strong problem solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions
• Hold high accountability for your performance and development
• Identify sales opportunities and provide support to our sales teams and other stakeholders where required

What you bring

• Have strong customer service experience and truly passionate about helping customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with a diverse range of clients
• Driven, resilient and motivated
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
• Available to work varying shifts Monday – Friday, and every 2-3rd Saturday for half a day
