We’re now hiring a Finance Manager to join our team at our Auburn Head Office. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and delivering accurate financial insights.

 

Your Role as a GOgetter

 

As a Finance Manager at BINGO, you’ll be a key player in our finance team — helping to streamline operations, enhance systems, and ensure our reporting is spot-on. You’ll work across month-end processes, treasury tasks, and automation initiatives, all while contributing to a more efficient and future-focused finance function.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify manual and repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions
  • Support system enhancement projects, including documentation and testing
  • Improve workflows using Excel, Power Query, and other automation tools
  • Complete month-end journals, reconciliations, and reporting in line with Group timelines
  • Maintain accurate financial data through balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports aligned with accounting standards
  • Perform intercompany invoicing and reconciliations with clear audit trails
  • Monitor daily bank balances and assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Support bank reconciliations and account maintenance

 

What Makes You a GOgetter

 

  • CPA or CA qualified
  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial accounting
  • Strong hands-on experience with month-end close, journal prep, and reporting
  • Exposure to treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive automation
  • Solid understanding of accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel is a must)
