Inventory Controller

BINGO industries are looking for our newest Inventory Controller/Storeperson this is an exciting opportunity working out of Eastern Creek.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Process receiving of goods including checking stock against purchase orders via invoices, delivery dockets and picking slips 

• Management of the Baseware system  

• Label and store goods, ensuring all stock is safely unloaded using a forklift and stored at time of arrival 

• Action replacement of stock levels in consideration of lead-times to ensure goods are available when required 

• Perform regular stock take of goods and equipment 

• Drive and pick up parts as required 

• Work closely with the procurement team to source supplier relationships, competitive pricing and reliable services.  

• Produce regular reports from Basware on goods, equipment and budgets Perform related and varied duties as assigned 

• Support all Bingo sites as required with flexibility to move between sites as directed 

• Demonstrate a pro-active attitude with an eye for detail, and willingness to work together to complete required tasks 

What makes you a GOgetter:

• Preferred waste management/recycling, mining or manufacturing experience 

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude  

• Current forklift license 

• Current valid Driver’s Licence  

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to meet service standards and proactively meet deadlines
