M&A and Investments Analyst

Objectives for the role:

Reporting to the Head of M&A and Investments, you will identify and pursue acquisition opportunities that align with BINGO’s strategic growth objectives across existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models to support investment decisions.
• Support end-to-end deal execution including managing data rooms, coordinating external advisors (financial, legal, tax) and tracking due diligence workstreams.
• Conduct commercial and strategic analysis of target companies and investments, including market analysis, competitive position and key risks.
• Prepare high quality investment papers, presentations and briefing materials.
• Assist in managing multiple concurrent transactions, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of a high standar
• Assist with post-acquisition integration and performance review

About You:

• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate or experience gained in either an investment bank, advisory firm, management consulting or Big Four environment.
• Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation and analytical problem‑solving.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across live deal environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A team‑first mindset with positive energy, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
