Purchasing & Supply Chain Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end Purchasing Procedure develop high quality supplier relationships maintain accurate supplier records and deliver compliant requisitions.
• Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle including planning confirmation tracking delivery oversight and accurate system updates within Finance 365.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers vendors manufacturers internal departments and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Lead negotiations on value and delivery schedules address product or service non‑conformance and implement corrective actions that support operational standards.
• Prepare maintain and analyse supplier data price lists delivery information performance reports and contract compliance documentation.
• Support demand forecasting implement disciplined inventory control strategies optimise stock availability and contribute to accurate stock takes in partnership with IT and finance.
• Collaborate with production planning to forecast raw material requirements and source quotes for custom product specifications.
• Coordinate end to end importing activities including required documentation supplier engagement container planning and on site delivery arrangements.
• Manage national logistics including transport rate cards customer quotes freight coordination and inter site stock transfers.
• Oversee movement of finished goods from VIC and QLD into NSW ensuring timely availability for customer collection.
