We’re looking for a junior or early-career Safety Officer to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to be invested in, develop their skills, and build a long-term career in safety within a high-growth, innovative industry.

You’ll work alongside experienced Safety and Operations leaders who are committed to mentoring, coaching, and giving you the exposure needed to progress quickly.

What You’ll Be Learning & Doing

In this hands-on role, you’ll gain practical experience across all aspects of safety, including:

• Supporting the management and continuous improvement of WHS systems
• Participating in site audits, inspections, and compliance activities
• Assisting with risk identification, assessments, and control implementation
• Supporting contractor safety processes and requirements
• Contributing to incident management and investigations
• Engaging with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture
• Assisting with Return to Work and Injury Management processes
• Building your understanding of WHS legislation and best practice

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is driven, curious, and ready to grow:

• A recent graduate or early-career professional in WHS or a related field
• A genuine interest in developing a career in health and safety
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in high-risk or industrial environments (experience is a bonus)

This is an on-site role (5 days per week) with travel across Sydney and occasional interstate exposure—giving you broad, real-world experience early in your caree
