We’re looking for a junior or early-career Safety Officer to join our team.
This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to be invested in, develop their skills, and build a long-term career in safety within a high-growth, innovative industry.
You’ll work alongside experienced Safety and Operations leaders who are committed to mentoring, coaching, and giving you the exposure needed to progress quickly.
What You’ll Be Learning & Doing
In this hands-on role, you’ll gain practical experience across all aspects of safety, including:
- Supporting the management and continuous improvement of WHS systems
- Participating in site audits, inspections, and compliance activities
- Assisting with risk identification, assessments, and control implementation
- Supporting contractor safety processes and requirements
- Contributing to incident management and investigations
- Engaging with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture
- Assisting with Return to Work and Injury Management processes
- Building your understanding of WHS legislation and best practice
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is driven, curious, and ready to grow:
- A recent graduate or early-career professional in WHS or a related field
- A genuine interest in developing a career in health and safety
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in high-risk or industrial environments (experience is a bonus)
