Senior Collections Officer

In this 12-month contract, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring debts are recovered efficiently and disputes are resolved quickly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Drive debt recovery and minimise overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve account disputes promptly.
• Process payments and reconcile accounts daily.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment delays.
• Ensure compliance with debt recovery legislation.

What makes you a GOgetter:

• Accounting qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of debt recovery legislation and risk management.
• MYOB and/or Microsoft experience; commercial contracts exposure is a plus.
