We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on the buzz of recruiting frontline team members and can find great people in competitive markets.

In this critical role you will:

  • Obtain role requirements from hiring leaders and advise on expectations including remuneration rates and time to fill
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for predominantly frontline roles in our Logistics teams for roles in Queensland, NSW and Victoria
  • Run innovative attraction campaigns that sync with our EVP and marketing platforms
  • Screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Efficiently manage and debrief on pre‑employment checks
  • Maintain candidate pipelines using clear, positive communication that leverages our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring leaders, keeping them informed and supported
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to support workforce planning and meet key KPIs
  • Ensure a brilliant candidate experience from first call to first day, and
  • Partner closely with leaders as well as People & Performance and Payroll colleagues to ensure a seamless integration for new starters.

  • Proven experience recruiting high-volume blue‑collar roles, either in‑house or in an agency
  • A confident communicator who can influence, guide and support hiring leaders
  • Capability to work autonomously, manage priorities and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment
  • Use data to make recommendation 
  • Experience using job boards, recruitment systems and talent databases, and
  • Someone that effortlessly builds relationships, creates trust quickly and keeps people in the loop.
