BINGO industries are looking for our newest National Business Development Manager (C&I). This role is a strategic leadership position reporting to the GM Commercial Sales and is responsible for BINGO’s expansion into the Tier 1 Commercial and Industrial waste sector across Australia. This role is based in our Sydney Olympic Park head office. The National BDM (C&I) will create and drive national portfolio growth by securing Tier 1 commercial contracts and leading a team of Account Managers to deliver sustainable waste services for these accounts.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a National Commercial & Industrial Sales Strategy targeting sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Corporate Real Estate.
- Identify and convert a pipeline of Tier 1 national accounts with multi-state footprints.
- Analyse waste stream data to propose high-value recycling and circular economy initiatives for major clients.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Account Managers
- Comply with onsite safety rules when engaging with prospects or customers.
- Attend and complete all safety training where applicable.
- Execute site evaluation forms for every new and re-signed service agreement.
- Engage with the customer, if required, to resolve a safety issue raised by a driver

This role from time to time will require national travel to support the team and engage with national account stakeholders across various states. Visits to industrial facilities, shopping centres, and recycling hubs are required when needed. Additionally, the role may involve participating in industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
