We currently have a leadership opportunity at our West Melbourne site. The Site Manager role is pivotal to our recycling and logistics operations. Managing a great team, you’ll use your skill and experience to oversee daily operations and deliver innovation.
The role involves:
- Leading site safety and environmental practices to ensure work is performed in a sustainable way
- Oversee all site operations, managing change and challenges as they occur
- Meet key operational KPIs through great planning and task execution
- Ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right times
- Deliver optimum asset and equipment usage outcomes
- Work with colleagues to deliver exemplary customer service
- Review and update data and then use that information to make decisions
- Strong people leadership
What makes you a GOgetter:
- A track record of an uncompromising approach to safety and environmental management
- Prior experience as a site or division operational leader
- Experience in a fast-paced and highly regulated operational environment
- A trade qualification or industry-relevant licence such a HR licence. Ideally you’ll have current machine tickets for an excavator & front end loader.
- Working knowledge of fixed and mobile plant and machinery or sound mechanical knowledge.
- Being comfortable working on a computer with a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement.
