Spray Painter

With significant expansion nationally, our bin manufacturing arm, TORO Waste Equipment, are currently looking for a Spray Painter on our new afternoon shift in the Braeside workshop

 

The role:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Spray painting steel waste equipment including skips, hooks, front lift and tanks
  • Scraping, sanding and brushing steel surfaces in preparation for spraying
  • Working on brand new products and repairing existing bins
  • Stencilling steel bins per customer requests
  • Mixing, matching and determining appropriate colours and surface finishing
  • Operating industrial sized spray guns
  • Examining finished orders prior to customer pickup
  • Assisting Bingo customers with their orders, whilst demonstrating a high regard for customer service.

What you bring:

  • Previous spray-painting experience in a workshop or industrial environment
  • Read and interpret drawings and job specifications
  • Current drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work Saturday's where required
  • Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems
  • A strong safety focused work ethic
  • Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to a diverse and growing team
